Session plans
Beginner or intermediate, every minute planned.
Start times depend on your level and the tide. We send you the schedule 12 hours before your lesson. Beginners surf at low tide for safety. Intermediate and advanced surfers surf at high tide for better waves. Included: Drinking water, rash guard and leggings, a surfboard, transport to the surf spot. Just bring your swimsuit.
Beginner session
Learn the basics. Build confidence. Catch your first waves.
For anyone new to surfing, or who wants a solid foundation. We focus on ocean safety, surf etiquette, correct technique and the confidence to catch your first waves.
30 minutes
Surf theory and safety
At our shop and kitchen: surfing fundamentals, surf etiquette, wave priority, ocean awareness, positioning and essential safety rules.
15 minutes
Take-off and balance practice
Practise the pop-up, body position and balance on land before heading into the ocean.
1 to 1.5 hours
Guided ocean practice
In the water with your coach: how to position yourself, catch suitable waves, keep your balance and ride with more confidence, always within your level and the ocean conditions.
After the surf
Surf analysis and feedback
Back at our shop and kitchen, review your session, get personal feedback and learn what to focus on next.
Our goal: Safe surfing habits, confidence and the foundations for long-term progress.
Intermediate session
Refine your technique. Improve your turns. Take your surfing to the next level.
For surfers who can already catch and ride waves on their own. We work on technique, wave selection, positioning and maneuvers, tailored to your ability, your goals and the conditions of the day.
30 minutes
Personalised surf theory
A focused coaching session at our shop and kitchen on the skills you want: bottom turns, top turns, cutbacks, speed, positioning, wave reading or more advanced maneuvers.
Before the water
Technique and maneuver preparation
Review the key movements, body position and timing for your chosen maneuvers.
1 to 1.5 hours
Focused ocean training
Apply it in real conditions. Your coach gives guidance and feedback on wave selection, timing, control and maneuver execution.
After the surf
Surf analysis and feedback
Review your session, see your strengths and what to improve, and get practical recommendations for next time.
Our goal: More control, better maneuvers and more confident, independent surfing.

The headset
A coach in your ear, not shouting from the beach.
Our instructors wear a waterproof two-way headset. Private and 1 to 1 coaching sessions use it so you hear every correction while you are still on the wave, and you can ask questions without paddling back in.
Group sizes stay small: never more than three students per instructor.
Pick your format
Same plan, four ways to learn.
- Small group
Max 3 students, 1 instructor · 2h30
- Semi-private
2 students, 1 instructor · 2h30
- Private
1 student, 1 instructor · 2h30
- 1 to 1 coaching
1 surfer, 1 coach · 2h30
